Submitting a form or speaking with us creates no obligation on either party to buy, sell, or enter into any transaction. Any offer is subject to our further due diligence, title review, inspection rights, and final written agreement.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
